We are currently looking for Full-time Apartment Maintenance Associates for our growing property management company. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has verifiable work experience in an Apartment Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance role. Has the ability to be on-call and has basic computer skills (email and internet). Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service! Duties will include: Cleaning of grounds and common areas, perform service requests promptly and professionally, unit turnover and communicating with vendors, management, and colleagues.
