Norris Food Services is currently recruiting for a Food Quality Assurance Technician The QA Line Technician is responsible for ensuring that food product is evaluated and recorded to meet customer, vendor, food safety, quality and/or regulatory commitments. Successful candidates will thrive in a detailed, collaborative environment, where product quality meets the highest standards. QA/ Food Industry experience required. Knowledge of HACCP, USDA & FDA guidelines. Must be able to work 5 days including weekends and holidays. Weekends a must. Shift hours: 5am-3:00pm; 7:30am-5:00pm (Times vary) WORK WILL BE PERFORMED IN A REFRIGERATED ENVIRONMENT Bi-lingual Must have effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail Salary will be based on experience.
