Someone please tell me why the guy in Saratoga with a band is constantly looking for "Advanced" vocalists, bass player, drummer, guitar player, etc... (and is "serious" about his music) can't seem to hang onto anybody???? What's the issue? I'd love to play, but won't go near anyone with bandmate retention issues..... Help me out here. This guy goes through people more often than I pick up my dry-cleaning. If you've played with the guy, you know who he is, please message me and tell me what's up before I get involved in a musical train wreck. Thanks moocho.
