The Arbors Assisted Living is currently hiring Dishwasher/Kitchen Support/Utility Current Full Time Schedules Monday to Friday 7:30am-3pm and Part Time Schedule shifts starting from 3:30pm. POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of services to include but not limited to food preparation to custodial functions for the food service department. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:. May wash, peel, cut and shred vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use. Perform any other food prep tasks as requested by cooks. Washes and sanitizes hands frequently. Follows sanitary practices in all procedures. Utilizes supplies and equipment properly and without waste. Cleans and Sanitizes equipment and surfaces according to department procedures and schedules; work assignments includes ovens, stoves, fryers, hoods, steam kettles, mixers, walls, vents, ceilings, refrigerators, freezers, grease traps, carts, sinks, tables, counters, dish machine, floors and pots and pans. Assist to unload deliveries and place them in the stock rooms or refrigerator/freezer. Removes trash and garbage to disposal area and cleans trash containers. maintains trash removal area in a clean condition. Routinely sweeps and mops kitchen floor; getting underneath and behind equipment. Logs dish machine temperatures and if not in compliance with standards notifies supervisor. Utilizes chemicals in accordance with Chemical standard procedures. Insures that trays, utensils, glassware, table ware, plates and all service ware are clean and sanitized prior to placing in service. To apply: Please submit resume
