This is a paid gig that is not starting immediately, but will have good pay. You must first pass a background check! Will take up to 5 business days to come back, so you'll need to get the ball rolling. This is a new government program related to the stimulus, that is giving away free cell phones to anyone who makes less than about 75k a year. People who make less than 45k will also get free cell service. More details on all this to come soon. Pay will be based on the number of phones you give away. You must first get people to sign a digital form so you will likely need a tablet with internet. After getting basic info and submitting the form, you will hand out the phone. Really cool program, it's so awesome to get paid to hand out free phones! Again, this is a government program that I'm coordinating in this area which is starting soon. Details forthcoming.
