The ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, a desire to take on more responsibilities to grow and learn to become a Foreman and manage your own crew, ability to be away from home for extended periods of time, and a desire to travel to job sites located across the nation. This is hard, but rewarding work when you create the best sport facilities that schools and communities need! Physical requirements include but are not limited to: Sitting, standing, grasping, reaching, bending, walking, stooping, lifting and crouching.
