Clean all machines and Equipment Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces Reassemble all food processing equipment in your area Must wear Rain Suit and PPE Able to lift 50 -70 pounds Able to lead a crew Complete Daily Paperwork Able to work and train crew members Able to communicate with manager Able to solve problems and issues Must be able to stand and be on feet for long hours Must be able to work in hot and cold environment Must be able to follow instructions Must be able to work alone and as a Team Must be able to work between hours 5pm - 1:30am 1099 Job (non taxed job)
