$250 signing bonus to new employee. Full time lawn care technician located in Chester, VA. Will train the right person. Job includes mowing, shrub trimming, mulch install, aeration and overseeing, leaf clean up in the fall. Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 years old. Criminal history is reviewed but not a deciding factor.
