Job Description Regional car wash company seeks a Site Manager with 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. This role will ensure that the location meets the organization’s standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. Job Responsibilities: • Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts, with strict adherence to overtime policies, perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition • Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability • Manage operating P&L metrics and understands how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing • Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner • Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures • Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures Education Experience: • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Auto industry experience highly preferred; car wash or lube experience ideal • Experience with multi-profit centers preferred • Experienced lower level managers from a Big box environment are a great fit • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with team building, exceeding goals and a strong customer service focus preferred • Work Environment and Physical Demands Driver's license required Able to work outside for multiple hours at a time Able to be in constant motion and perform physical activities such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and squatting Compensation and Benefits: • Hourly wage commensurate with experience • Medical, dental, vision benefits after 60 days • Paid Time Off • Monthly phone and auto allowances • Job Type: Full-time
