Join the O'Neill team as a full-time Landscaping & Maintenance Assistant (May-August, 2021). Facilities staff works under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor in a fast paced environment assisting in the care of the grounds, buildings, public and private facilities. Staff will be expected to be a team player and work closely with Housekeeping, Company Management, and Production departments. Candidates should be comfortable using power tools, mechanical equipment, able to work on their feet for long periods of time, and capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Staff is expected to work 5-6 days per week including weekends and second shift.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Landscape and maintain grounds of property
Assist in routine upkeep of interior and exterior spaces
Perform general clean up of all areas as directed
Use hand or power tools for projects
Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job order
