Description
The following job expectations include but are not limited to:
• Reporting to work at the designated time and promptly checking in with your supervisor
• Logging in to the company service computer to check for any new emails/instructions
• Keep accurate record of daily timesheet and submit to management at the designated day/time
• Maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment
• Secure building at the end of the day, make sure lights are out/doors locked
• Maintaining up to date records on gasket, plate and spanner wrench inventory and alerting management to any reorder needs
• Receiving all deliveries, filing paperwork, sending documents to supervisor
• Labeling all deliveries and preparing them for intended use (boxing and shipping out or storing in inventory)
• Preparing shipments with the proper BOL, packing slips, shipment labels and either taking to UPS or meeting with freight carrier
• Use the pressure washer to clean debris from plates prior to putting in checkical tanks
• Maintain and operate chemical dip tanks for our cleaning process
• Maintain and operate the dye test area
• Receiving, cleaning, preparing units for cleaning, testing, regasketing when required, and shipment. Keeping management aware of any and all concerns during the process
• Alerting supervisor to any shop needs/ supplies/ or repairs
• Building crates when needed
• Keeps track of vehicle service maintenance schedules, schedules with service provider and advises management when service is to be performed
• Keeps vehicles stocked with spray foam, WD-40 and other items if previously notified by field technicians
• Maintaining all service tools/equipment and notifying management of any need to make replacements
• Occasional local field work when needed.
