Full -Time Cultivation Agent

We are a large cultivation facility looking to expand our team. The position we are looking to fill is a full-time garden crew position which includes but is not limited to the following: Employees must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and have the capability to work under high-intensity lights for prolonged periods. Ensure proper plant upkeep and maintenance as assigned. Scouting of designated areas for pest/disease pressures as well as general plant health and report findings to the Lead Cultivation Agent and/or Cultivation Manager. Responsible for safety procedures and adherence to the process at all times. Following guidelines with respect to daily sanitation and organization in assigned areas. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills to interact with peers and upper management. Ability to take direction, ensuring assigned tasks are completed in an efficient and safe manner. Commercial garden experience is required.
