Fleet Specialist | Las Vegas The Fleet Specialist out of our Las Vegas, NV office will be an intricate member of the team and responsible for supporting the branch. In this position, you will be supported from our home office in Denver, CO while managing the entire process of prepping, cleaning and troubleshooting vans in preparation for customers van life adventures. The part-time job picks up tremendously in our peak season (May thru Oct) and there may be opportunities for more hours based on volume needs., RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Detailed cleaning of the interior & exterior of the Campervan immediately post rental. ● Ensure all vans are prepped and ready for pickup at designated appointment times ● Work with local mechanic and dealership partners to complete regular Preventative Maintenance checks ● Problem-solve, schedule and fix van issues when they arise. Customer Pickup & Dropoff ● Assure Campervans are ready for customer pick up – fully stocked, safety checks, cleaned and previous renter comments addressed ● Be available for any travel trips, campsite and itinerary questions ● Perform a detailed van review upon drop off. Check for damage, troubleshoot problems, help dispose of trash/leftovers Campervan Prep ● Detailed cleaning of the interior & exterior of the Campervan immediately post rental ● Prepping the Campervan prior to a rental o Wash dishes o Fold Laundry o Fill Water tanks o Prepped Campervan before departure Mechanical ● Fluid Top Offs ● Tire Pressure ● Propane Check ● Ensure full tank of gas ● Interior Repairs REQUIREMENTS: ● Positive, engaging attitude ● Must be able to work weekends, nights & holidays ● Self-starter. Demonstrates ability to work independently in stressful situations ● Must be able to pass a criminal background check QUALIFICATIONS: ● 1-3 years’ experience of previous work experience desired ● Light Mechanical Aptitude ● Clean Driving Record ● Basic Computer Skills – Excel, Outlook, Word ● Ability to lift 50 lbs. ● Positive, Engaging Attitude DETAILS: ● On-site position (remote work not available) ● Seasonal, part-time position with flex hours dependent on volume (guaranteed 20 hours/week) ● $15-$16/hour, compensation based on experience Anticipated Start Date – Immediately
