Large apartment community is looking for an experienced maintenance technician/painter located in North Las Vegas. The successful candidate will need to have working knowledge and experience in various tasks associated with multi-family housing apartments. This will include electrical, appliance repairs, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC repairs etc. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and employment drug testing. This is a full time position which includes a benefit package.
