Seeking a liberal diverse church home in the Minneapolis Area

I'm seeking a new church home. One that believes in the Bible, is racially diverse and LBGT friendly. I am hoping my new church home has activities for all age groups and values relationships. Any ideas? My current Church does not offer much and is slowly dying. Most Sunday's only 15 people show up for services. I'm looking for a church that is growing its membership. I would love any recommendations.
