Description Danfoss, a global market leader in climate and energy, has an opening in its Loves Park, IL facility for a Production Associate. This person understands and acts upon instructions and procedures in order to complete assembly process. The individual we are looking for is self-sufficient, hard-working and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast paced production environment. We are looking for candidates for long term placements with ultimate success being hired by Danfoss. Job Responsibilities - Pick/pull materials for assemblers - Restock components for assemblers - Light assembly of components - Attention to detail - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts - Attention to quality - Comply with safety requirements - Ability to function as a team member - Looking for 3rd shift with this posting Job is Sunday night through Friday morning but must be available to work weekends as needed based on business volume. Must be 18 years of age.
