ALL POSITIONS AVAILABLE: · Crew Leads · Drivers · Crew Members COMPETITIVE PAY & GREAT BENEFITS! 30 Day Training Period $15 - $20 per hour to start. Average installers make between $50,000 - $80,000 a year. Bi-weekly paydays Paid Vacation & Paid Time Off Company Issued Tools and Protective Gear Established Program for Advancement BENEFITS INCLUDED: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K (Waiting period will apply) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Remove old insulation and attic cleanup. Measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length. Install insulation properly, using proper materials and tools. Remove/clean debris from the attic and crawlspace. Use common hand tools such as box cutters, scissors, saws, and staple guns. All aspects of removal and installation of Ducting All aspects of removal and installation of Radiant and Vapor Barrier Rodent Proofing Sanitation Mold Remediation QUALIFICATIONS: Previous insulation experience is a plus. A valid WA driver’s license (with a good driving record); Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, utility knife and work on scaffolding or ladders. Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs and ability to crawl in small spaces (i.e. attics) Regular attendance is required.
