I'm going to polish my pole at Ide Adobe State Park today. I know some women enjoy watching this, especially those wishing to improve their own technique. I'll be demonstrating on a good-sized pole, but the skills I'll show you transfer to all different sizes. Let me know what time you'd like to observe.
