We are currently seeking to fill several positions for our limited service hotel. The hotel is Howard Johnson Inn 201 Loop 337 New Braunfels,TX 78130.Same parking lot as Montana Mikes Steak HOUSEKEEPING-FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSTIONS Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areas of the hotel. The responsiblities include: daily room service, stripping/making beds and cleaning rooms in conformance with hotel procedures. This position requires attention to detail. Must have the capacity to communicate with guests along with employees verbally and written. Also requires the ability to bend, lift and stand all day. Experience preferred, but not required. FRONT DESK AGENT Front Desk must be able to do the following: A variety of skills required to be successful with our company. 1. Ability to put our customers above everything else and some spainsh 2. Ability to find solutions. 3. Ability to work without constant supervision,MUST HAVE SOME Knowledge SOFTHOTEL/WYNGUEST software and multi task through a very busy work day of phone & personal contact. Registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks. Agents must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Agents must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Agents working night audit must also be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. They must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations.
