IMMEDIATE OPENING WITH A NATIONAL CLEANING COMPANY NIGHT PORTER WITH JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED - BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH (DRIVING REQUIRED) Must be available to work during the hour range of 6:00 PM-Midnight, Monday through Friday (Occasionally on Saturday afternoon). Responsibilities will include the following: *Perform any and all cleaning duties *Disinfecting all touch points *Dusting and polishing surfaces thoroughly *Vacuuming and sweeping carpets and floors *Mopping floors *Cleaning bathroom (sink and toilets) including fixtures, mirrors and floor *Fill all paper and soap dispensers *Wiping/dusting shelving and fixtures *Cleaning interior and exterior glass doors and windows *Monitoring the exterior of building location(s) to remove any litter around building and within parking lot *Emptying trash receptacles Candidate must meet the following criteria: *Must be bilingual *Must be over the age of 18 yrs. old *Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid I.D. *Must be able to pass a background check *Must have reliable transportation (mileage stipend will be paid for travel) *Must have a smartphone and an email address For consideration, please contact Ms. V at 240)462-3586
