Seeking Part-Time, Seasonal Apartment Maintenance Technician: Job requires minimum 2-years experience in general apartment complex maintenance and in diagnosing and repair in areas of painting, flooring, carpentry, general electrical and HVAC knowledge, general plumbing knowledge, roof and siding repair, heavy lifting of appliances, preventative maintenance, etc. Candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to quickly assess and submit economical solutions to repair issues. Good time management and basic cell phone skills required. Candidate must have a working cell phone, own tools, own transportation and be willing to travel throughout lower Sussex County.
