*** All candidates are subject to a drug test prior to employment *** Alcobra Metals, a non-ferrous metals distributor based in Spokane, WA, is seeking a new saw operator and order processor to join our growing team. This individual will help our warehouse staff pick and stage various metals near bandsaws and extrusion saws, and help process these orders throughout the day. Additional responsibilities may include packaging orders, loading orders into trucks and into customer's vehicles, and maintaining a clean and safe shop environment. This individual should be able to read a tape measure, lift up to 50 lbs. easily, and work well in a small, fast-paced team environment. Previous metals service center experience is a major plus but is not required. Starting responsibilities will depend on past work experience with the opportunity for further professional growth. These opportunities may include CAD design, laser cutting, and water jet operation, machining, sales, etc.
