Palletizing and distribution facility in Lakeland, FL is looking for reliable and hard working employees to come and join their team. Their production based location supplies to hundreds of different clients in central Florida. For this position, construction background or mechanically inclined is preferred but not required. Duties: - Maintain production level - Do any small fixes to correspondent pallets - Work independently in a organized manner Requirements: - Punctual and reliable - Enjoys working with his/her hands - Can understand clear direction Pay rate: Starting off at $10 per hour and ramping up to $12 per hour after the training period. Training period last approx. 3 to 4 weeks. After this time frame, employee gets piece-pay. Days: Monday to Friday Shifts: 4pm to 12:30am.
