I'm looking for a general construction laborer / painter to do tear out and remodeling work mostly interior to homes. Must be very detail oriented and self motivated. Must be able to work by yourself and problem solve without constant supervision. Required to have general knowledge of tools needed for tear out, drywall, remodeling construction, trim and painting interiors of buildings. Some electrical and plumbing work is also required. The objective is to deliver a high quality finished home to the customer.
