Boulder All Star Movers, LLC is looking for dedicated hard-working team players willing to go the extra mile to provide superior customer service. The ideal candidate is physically fit, outgoing, strong-willed, and ambitious. As a growing company, there are multiple positions within the company and plenty of room for growth! We are seeking both PART-TIME and FULL-TIME employees. Note for full-time employees: hours are based on the season, and most importantly, performance. MOVER POSITION/COMPENSATION: Movers start at $15.00/Hr and pay is increased based on skill & performance. REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DUTIES: Skilled in Loading & Unloading Trucks Skilled in professionally pad wrapping and handling furniture/ equipment. Skilled in packing & securing fragile/ breakable items like glass, china, granite, etc. Able to move furniture and lift at least 75lbs and up. Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis. Must have a smartphone to access company information. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from Headquarters. DRIVER POSITION/COMPENSATION: Drivers start at $20.00/Hr and pay is increased based on skill & performance. REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DUTIES: Professional Driving Experience Is Required. Drivers: 21+ years of age Skilled in driving 20ft & 26ft Box Trucks Skilled in Loading & Unloading Trucks Able to complete a pre/post truck inspection report. Able to complete load inventory/ bill of lading/ paperwork, job completion forms/ billing, etc. Skilled in professionally pad wrapping and handling furniture/ equipment. Skilled in packing & securing fragile/ breakable items like glass, china, granite, etc. Able to operate a liftgate/ walkramp. Able to move furniture and lift at least 75lbs and up. Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis. Must have a smartphone to access company information. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from Headquarters. Drivers must meet qualifications to become DOT certified. Valid Drivers License and Clean MVR* COVID-19 considerations: All employees and customers are required to wear a mask
