Looking for an apartment month-to-month leasing option

Hi, we are trying to buy a home in Lakeland and may need a month-to-month option for a family of 4 plus 2 cats while we are putting in offers. Does anyone know of a month-to-month option that is in the Lakeland High School district or the George Jenkins High district? Either an apartment, townhouse, or AirBnB. We would like to stay under $2200 a month. No scams (fully aware of how the scams operate on CL).
