Looking for full time help, hours would be 8am-430pm M-F (40 hours a week) $18/hr+bonus after 30 days employment Must be willing and able to work. Must have a good work ethic. Experience in apartment/ residential maintenance a plus. Must have a knowledge of minor electrical work, plumbing knowledge and experience. Must be able to lift 50lb. Must be able to work on ladders and scaffolding. Painting with be an essential task. Completing work orders and turning units are daily tasks. Background check will be conducted due to the need to enter tenant residences. Grounds keeping is required; trash pick up daily, weeding, raking leaves and snow removal as needed- Lawn mowing company is retained for mowing/ trimming/ fertilizing. Must be able and willing to work with other people (Office Staff) and supervision (Property Supervisor- located of site) Must have good people skills and be able to work with tenants. Must be willing and able to perform all work to our expectations and policies. MUST be a self-starter. Must be able to accomplish task unsupervised. Must be able to create daily work list and weekly/ monthly task lists.
