JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include working and supervising on site construction effort to ensure completion of the job is within budget and schedule. The Superintendent must be able to effectively communicate with Project Owners, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and company associates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Five (5) years of experience in the Construction industry with a minimum of Two (2) years in a Foreman or Superintendent position. Must be able to read blueprints and project scope implementation of layout work. Position will include inspection, repairs, modification, and construction of woodwork and drywall in existing commercial structures. All projects are built to project specifications. Must be able to lift to 125 pounds; must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and slopes on a construction site. Candidate will be able to operate all equipment and tools used in the carpenter trade.
