We are currently seeking to hire a Salesperson to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the construction and roofing leads that you are given by, meeting with future clients, taking notes and measurements of the project, writing a proposal and closing the deal by signing a contract with the client. Responsibilities: • Intake of the leads that come into the office • Call the leads within 5-10 minutes • Meet with clients to take measurements and info on the projects • Write up proposals for the projects • Sign Contract with the clients • Negotiate pricing & sign contract with the subcontractors • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting • Report on team and individual performance • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Qualifications: • Experience in construction sales, customer service, or related field A+ • Experience as a supervisor or manager A+ • Familiarity with CRM platforms A+ • Strong leadership qualities A+ • Ability to build rapport with clients A+ • Self Driven A+ • Must have a good closing rate on the leads that come into the company A+
