Rehoming my shorthair cat Appa

I need to rehome my cat Appa. My apartments have gotten more strict about pets so I'm not able to keep him. He's a shorthair (don't know they exact breed). He's about 2 1/2 years old, neutered and chipped. He's a chunky boy who loves talking back, treats and sleeping. He's gets along with cats but I'm not sure about dogs or kids. He's super friendly and loving.
