Wood Framing and Carpentry employee Needed (North Houston) Great opportunity for a Structural Technician to show off skills! Our multi-family properties need a Structural Technician who can: a. Repair or build wooden structures, wooden fences and be able to repair residential wood framework. b. Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service. c. Must have own transportation. Use of personal vehicle is reimbursed. Must be a high school graduate and have at least 3 years of on-the-job experience. Bilingual, English/Spanish speaker preferred. Selected candidate will undergo criminal background checks. Candidate must be able to work full time 40 plus hours a week Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
