Hiring a building maintenance person We are seeking a self-motivated individual and someone that is able to work with minimal supervision. This job entails a wide spread of duties which includes but not limited to painting, tiling experience preferred, drywall repairs, changing garbage disposals, replacing toilets, and maintaining our pool and hot tub. Pool certified a plus, but not necessary as long as you are willing to go to pool school. We are one of the nicest resorts along the east coast! We are a drug free workplace. Great benefits! The hours for this position is 40 hours, must have own transportation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
