Midwest Floor Restore is seeking a committed and driven individual to join our team as a Service Technician for the Indianapolis, Indiana territory! We do a large amount of restorative work on Tile (SaniGLAZE), Stone (Marble/Terrazzo), Epoxy and Concrete Floors. This position will include performing our services offered on the flooring and meeting the needs of our commercial customers. *WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ANY SUBCONTRACTING WORK. Must Haves: Strong work ethic Dependable Flooring experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible schedule (Most work is performed on second and third shifts) Valid Drivers License Services that will be performed: SaniGLAZE - a multi-step restoration process using proprietary products and systems that permanently solve common tile and grout problems that occur over time. Epoxy - a multi-step installation process that uses Sherwin-Williams products and systems that permanently provide a seamless, durable, and decorative finish that will positively enhance our customer’s facility. Terrazzo Restoration - a multi-step diamond-polishing system to grind, hone and polish the stone floor. We then either coat with our Terra-Guard System or Vitrify with our Vitrification System. (Currently 50% of the work we perform) Polished Concrete - a multi-step diamond-polishing system to grind, hone, polish and seal a concrete floor. Often the customer will have us stain the floor for a more decorative look. Please send your resume to [email protected].
