JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Field Leader / Driver. This role require the driving of box trucks, operating of Warehouse equipment, and leading of field teams. Are you a creative, friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented individual? If you can answer yes to all these questions, we would like to meet you! This is a key position reporting to the Event Production Manager. Key responsibilities include: - Leads and supervises the Field Installation Crew to deliver and install special events (ie. large tent set-ups, weddings, company conferences, community events, etc.) that meet or exceed the expectations of the West Coast brand. - Drive a company transit van, 16' or 24' box truck transporting event rental and equipment to job sites. Box truck and clean driving record is necessary, however a CDL is not required for this position. - Leading of the installation of small to large tents. Prior tenting experience a plus. - Guarantee accuracy, customer satisfaction and safety are at the forefront of every event set-up and strike. - Ensure event contracts are accurately completed onsite, and returned to Operations in a timely manner for each event. - When not on job sites, works with Warehouse Team on pulling/loading of orders and various warehouse projects. Forklift experience a plus. - Work collaboratively with Field Crew and Operations Team to help determine equipment and service needed to meet customer expectations and positively impact the financial performance of events. - Safely operate all event equipment including company vehicles; must be able to operate delivery trucks and vans. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation with an eye to continuous improvement and efficiency principles. - Ability to work evenings and weekends is needed.
