We are currently looking for Floor Care specialists in the Portland Greater Metro areas. We offer competitive wages as well as a generous benefit packages that includes health, dental, vision insurance, vacation and sick pay, paid holidays, an employer matched 401k fund and more. Work schedule is generally Tuesday-Saturday, though schedule may change based on needs. The shifts are late swing, which generally work from 5 pm till 1:30 am. Floor Care Specialists must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ideal candidates must have prior floor care experience. Ideal candidates have a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and take pride in doing quality work. Duties for this position include: Strip, Clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces Operate high speed floor burnishers Operate carpet cleaning equipment Apply cleaning solvents Apply safe waste disposal procedures Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50lbs Various other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Screening Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must successfully pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation to and from North or SW office, depending on arrangement Ability to understand and speak English Ability to take directions and work as a part of a team
