Equine Veterinary assistant needed for a busy practice. Excellent people and customer service skills are a must. Applicants should be organized, self motivated and willing to work in all weather conditions as this position requires physical activity assisting the veterinarian out in the field. Duties are broad in scope and assistants are expected to: hold horses for veterinary procedure, jog/lung horses for lameness exams, maintain inventory in truck and clinic, and keep the truck and clinic clean and organized.
