Part time personal assistant needed

We're a middle aged couple looking for a part time personal assistant to help around the home. My husband is disabled so we're looking for someone who is able to lift heavier boxes when needed and can also help with cleaning, dishes, laundry, running errands, and pets. Animal lover a must! Please have a car, be able to pass a background check, and a positive, can-do attitude. Schedule is 3-5 hours/day, 2-4x per week, ideally mon/wed/fri afternoons.
