Established swimming pool service and repair company looking for a self motivated, reliable person to join our team. This is a year round, W-2 opportunity which includes a route of approximately 40 pools. CPO preferred but not necessary to start. Responsibilities: Maintain proper chemical balance Empty skimmer baskets and backwash filters Brush tile, walls, and steps when necessary Vacuum when necessary Report equipment issues to Route Supervisor Update mobile app upon completion of each pool Job Requirements: One year experience Must have reliable truck and a clean driving record Mechanical aptitude a plus Benefits: Yearly Bonus Medical Insurance Holidays Flexible Hours $1,000 signing bonus payable after six months of employment Paid time off: 8 days after 1 year 13 days after 2 years 18 days after 5 years All cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, and shirts
