Job Description: Landmark Redevelopment employs a crew of 5-10 skilled individuals per property who are able to do most of the maintenance work within the apartment complex. Right now, Landmark Redevelopment is looking to hire for the position of General Maintenance. Group work is common, so many people learn a lot here. Job Duties: Make ready repairs when tenants move, including drywall repair, painting, plumbing repair, install flooring and light mechanical/electrical repairs on appliances/HVAC systems. Exterior work requirements involve roof patch, exterior painting, window glass replacement and landscaping. Qualifications: Have own tools - or willing to purchase with company 50% discount program. 5 years experience in maintenance work. Spanish speaking is preferred with English being a positive. Ability to safely work with power tools and follow safe job practices. Position may include climbing a ladder. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Job includes a 40% rent discount to live/work at the same location in North Dallas. Job Hours: 40 hours/ week, M-F 8 am - 5 pm. Work inside on rainy or extreme temperature days.
