Ready to have a fun summer job outdoors meeting new people every day? This is a fantastic Side Hustle, Summer Job or Short Term Gig. The Michigan Pedaler is looking to grow its existing team of drivers to take people throughout downtown, Corktown, and Midtown on our fleet of Party Bikes. All of our 2020 driving team has returned to work another year with us but we are still looking forward to hiring fun, hard-working, responsible people. Groups ride on our 15 passenger bikes throughout the city, stopping to take photos at landmarks, and at bars and restaurants to take a break, grab a drink, and use the restrooms. Your job is to insure they have a safe and fun time by welcoming them when they arrive, reviewing the rules and expectations, and then playing Fun Director as they listen to music, enjoy drinks and food while pedaling around the city. Our drivers and our company have a 5 star rating on Trip Advisor, Facebook, and Google Reviews for their hard work and focus on the customer. The Michigan Pedaler is in its sixth year of business and has taken tens of thousands on our bikes since our inception. We have appeared on all local TV stations and enjoyed a cameo role on the Comedy Central series The Detroiters. Pay includes an hourly wage, multiple bonus opportunities, and tips from our guests at the conclusion of the ride. When adding it all up, drivers average $40-$50 per hour! We are looking for workers for all shifts... weekends are our busiest times but weekday work is also needed. Must be 21 years or older to apply.
