House is empty. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, small kitchen, living room and hallway Single color, 2 coats of paint for all walls through out the house 1 celling - white celling paint Doors, window trims, baseboard and kitchen cabinets - white Stain Deck 2/3 person job; 3-4 days I'll buy the paint; you will need roller and stuff. Floor is getting replaced so wont need to save it. $1600 for the job - Need to start on 19/20th No Advance. ------------------------- B) Handyman job: (Will price this separately.)
