Rehoming mixed breed dog

Hello, It is with heavy heart we are giving up our sweet dog, Bones. She has been dealing with issues related to her heartworm for months and we have just too unstable of a lifestyle to give her the calm, freeing life she deserves. We are looking to rehome her in a place that is calm, maybe a yard. She is good with kids and other dogs but she cannot play for at least a few months. She is a really good dog, knows sit and stay but she does get easily excitable and since we live on a busy street its been a struggle to walk her calmly. She may be on medications permanently, however her prognosis is good. She is about 48 pounds, mixed breed, spayed and up to date on shots. We are charging a rehoming fee of 200 dollars and requesting you have vet references ( or at least have a plan for her vet). If you would like to meet Bones, please reply to this post. Thanks!
