Looking to rehome a furry Tabby cat, female.

Hello, I have health issues and i've cared for this cat for 5-6 years now and she is about 10 to 12 years old but a sweet, affectionate cat. She is grey and white (white 4 paws just like as if she is wearing white socks/mittens, cute). The back of her body not far fron her tail, closer to the botton she has a clump of hair that is stuck together. Due to circumstances I am unable to provide her with further care as i must look after my self and my welfare. I do hate to see her go but its for whats best for, Josie, the cat, & my self. I would like to text with you and/or email before meeting & request that any one interested please have a ready on carrier that you can come to my location with the pet carrier to pick josie up & the supplies i will give. i.e toys, food, pet beds, stratch post. I am not looking to be grilled as to my needing/reasoning to rehome her. People need to rehome animals for different reasons and some of us have it harder than others and have anxiety and are overwhelmed. pictures of Josie will be provided in text/email. She will be a good fit for any one who has no pets, no other cats or dogs. She is an indoor cat & in good health given her age.
