Asset management company is immediately looking for contractor(s) to; 1) Perform general mobile home rehab construction, including all aspects of interior and exterior rehab construction. 2) Perform maintenance on occupied rental properties; general plumbing, general repair and flooring installation. 2) Must have reliable transportation 3) Must have a clean criminal record 4) Must have professional insurance 5) We have several projects currently so this is s potentially long term opportunity for the right person The position is a contractors position. We have assets in multiple counties but the primary focus is in Greenwood, Richland, Laurens, Edgefield, Saluda and Spartanburg. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience. References will be requested.
