Do you provide care to a family member, friend, or neighbor who is sick, frail, or disabled? Are you a grandparent raising your grandchildren? Could you use some help yourself? Queens Community House provides a Caregiver Support program through funding from the NYC Department for the Aging. This Program is free to caregivers who provide care to a family member or friend. Some of the services provided include Support Groups, Assistance with benefits, Caregiver related Counseling, Information about community resources, and Caregiver Specific Training.
