Description
WPC Company seeks commercial construction superintendent for variety of projects.
The preferred candidate will have the following:
1) Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction and superintendent experience.
3) Carpentry skills and the ability to self-perform.
4) Effectively be able to read construction blueprints and have project layout experience for multiple trades.
8) Be self-motivated and directed. Works well independently and has good self-management skills.
9) Has experience managing construction subcontractors covering all trades.
10) Will be highly organized and time sensitive to project deadlines.
