Allison Landscaping is in search of a Mowing Crew Member servicing high end residential and commercial properties. A minimum of 1 year commercial lawn mowing experience and reliable transportation is required. Job Duties for Mowing Crew Member Include: •Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. •Responsible for the quality, productivity, and efficiency. •Ensure completion of each task in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. •Preform weekly maintenance on equipment. This includes sharpening blades at the end the workday throughout the week and any other routine maintenance. Qualifications for Mowing Crew Member Include: •Minimum 1 year experience in the lawn mowing industry preferred •Must have 1 year experience with commercial walk behinds, stand on, zero turn mowers, string trimmers, and blowers preferred •Must be at least 18 years old. •Must be able to balance speed and quality, and understand the work flow of a mowing route. •Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
