Bassist seeks guitarist for hair metal band

I'm not looking for other musicians right now. I want to start with a guitar player and build from there. I'm not interested in playing originals. I'm also not looking to join a band for the sake of joining a band. I'm looking to do a specific sound. Cover songs from mostly the real late 80's and early 90's (Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Poison, Warrant, Skid Row, Slaughter, Firehouse). However I would like to add in some hits from Metallica, Megadeth, White Zombie. I also wouldn't mind slipping in some hits from Alice In Chains & Soundgarden. Sort of like going from Paradise City to Dr. Feelgood to Enter Sandman to Fallen Angel to Man In A Box to Cherry Pie. Fun songs that everyone knows. It doesn't have to be an "every weekend" kind of band. If we only do one show a month, then I'm still happy. I'm 40, I have equipment, experience, and transportation. I'm not a drug addict, never been arrested, I'm just a regular person that's been playing bass guitar for a long time.
