Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
•Liaison between company and project owner
•Works as a team with Project Superintendent and Estimator.
•Prepare, review and execute purchase orders, subcontracts, and other agreements for projects.
•Prepare and track RFI’s and other correspondences
•Pricing, approval and execution of Change Order management.
•Reading/Managing plans, schedules, and coordinate detailed phasing of projects.
•Quantity reconciliation, material buyout, and financial management of projects.
•Participate as requested in the estimating, bidding and contract negotiations of projects
•Manage and ensure accuracy of paperwork submitted from field personnel.
•Proficiency with Primavera 6, HCSS Heavyjob, and Microsoft Office.
