Job Summary: The Shipping Specialist is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving and other warehouse duties. Essential Functions · Unpacking and packing product accurately and in a timely manner · Creating shipping labels · Scanning devices to be shipped out · Gift and shrink-wrapping product · Lifting boxes and items · Keeping the warehouse clean and swept · Driving to run errands · Moving and organizing inventory · Remaining proficient in Enterprise shipment processes · Prepare enterprise devices for shipment on an ongoing basis · Receiving and sending inventory of enterprise devices · Consistently update project stages in HQ · Emailing Business Managers for shipping info & quotes · Specific knowledge of all international shipping methods · Assisting with receiving when needed · Assisting with other duties and projects as needed Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience · Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets · Experience with UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager · Knowledge of International Shipping · A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving position · Excellent attention to detail and organization · Ability to take direction and follow it exactly · Ability to multitask · Strong time management skills · Patience and a good attitude · Great communication skills with others on the team · Must be able to write notes and emails daily · Able to follow standard operating procedures and instructions · Work in a methodical and tidy manner · Excellent attention to detail, and organization · Focus under pressure · Reliable transportation to get to work for scheduled shifts Physical Demands · Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and using hands and fingers in repetitive motions. · Frequent lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.
